Der Mindestaufenthalt beträgt für alle Häuser bzw. Apartments drei (3) Nächte.
Der Mietpreis beinhaltet eine wöchentliche Reinigung des gebuchten Objektes, außerdem das Auswechseln der Bettwäsche und der Handtücher.
Für jeden Aufenthalt wird ein Aufpreis von 50 € für die Endreinigung erhoben.

The minimum stay in any of the houses is three (3) nights.
The price per night includes general house cleaning and changing linens and towels every 7 days.
For each stay a supplement of 50 Euros will be charged for final cleaning.
