This truly wonderful and very comfortable house is suitable for two NON-smoking adults. It is located in La Puntilla, in a very nice and quiet place of Valle Gran Rey at only 30 seconds walking distance from the sea and the beach. As seen in the photographs, the house is surrounded by a very beautiful garden with terraces suitable to relax while enjoying the Sun and the various excellent views.

This beautiful house was fully renovated in 2021. It has a large sleeping room with two beds, a very large living room with two doors and two windows, a luminous bathroom and an independent kitchen with windows. Moreover, Manuel’s house has a very large covered terrace with direct views to the most green part of the garden.

The house has all utilities needed for enjoying your vacations, including an independent room with a washing machine, WIFI, and a TV with satellite channels.
