This Studio suitable for two persons is located in a very nice area of Valle Gran Rey called La Puntilla, at only 30 seconds walking distance from the sea and the beach. As seen in the photographs, this small apartment lies in a corner of a very large private garden with a large terrace on the house’s roof ideal to relax and enjoy the Sun. It has a long living room with two comfortable beds, with sufficient space on the other side of the room including a small kitchen with window. The living area is very luminous, since it has two windows towards a small terrace with a table and two chairs.

The house has also a luminous bathroom with window. “Waschhaus” has all utilities needed for enjoying your vacations, including a washing machine room, WIFI, and a flat TV with satellite channels.
